Each Villa is accompanied with its own spa/dipping pool, which is one of my favorite aspects of this property. After spending a day at the beach, it feels so wonderful to come home and dip in the pool. If you’re not spending your day at the beach, the activities at Timbers Jupiter are plentiful. You can play golf or tennis, spend hours at the spa, or enjoy a full day at the resort pool, which offers poolside service or you may sit and dine al fresco at the restaurant located there. My wife and I are entering our 20th season enjoying Timbers Jupiter. We started with one fractional 4-bedroom Club Home ownership interest with previous management. The experience has proven so overwhelmingly positive that we now own five fractional 4-bedroom Club Home interest at Timbers Jupiter.

We did this because we enjoy excellence. Simply put—everything at Timbers Jupiter, including the spectacular Club Homes, service (including maintenance, concierge, housekeeping, etc.), food, pool, and spa, and of course the golf course are first class.

My wife and I sold our second home in Michigan and bought an interest in Timbers Jupiter. I thought at the time that we would never replace the feeling of owning a second home—I was wrong. Every time we arrive in Jupiter, it is like coming home. The staff takes care of everything prior to and during our stays. The residences are very comfortable, and the Board does a great job modernizing and maintaining the villas year in and out. We love the ability to use Trump National Golf Course every day during our stay. We go to the gym and pool every day. The staff at the pool and oasis are phenomenal. I love having guests join me for a round of golf or for dinner at the clubhouse. the course is beautifully maintained and the clubhouse was recently renovated. My family loves Timbers Jupiter and its tremendous value.

The most welcoming and effortless residence you could wish for. We love the staff so much and the villas are perfectly appointed. From the moment you arrive at the front gate and drive along Trump National Golf Course, you are catered to in every way possible. From dining to golfing to sitting poolside to the gym and tennis courts, every moment is made easy peasy by staff and concierge. Timbers Jupiter is the greatest investment in quality of life for all of our family. And oh my, the chips and dip by the pool is a signature salsa – and first thing we order!

It’s hard to mention only a few things about Timbers ownership. I purchased my first fractional 10 years ago and my second 5 years ago. I always thought I would buy a house. When the housing market went crazy three years ago, I bought a third fractional. If any perspective buyer that is looking for a limited time in Jupiter in a first-class club environment there is no better place. The properties are all beautiful and the staff is marvelous. A gym, pool, spa, on site dining and a concierge staff to meet your every need is just the beginning of this experience.

I was one of the first buyers when Timbers Jupiter opened under different management. We bought because of the location, the magnificent golf course, and because we were tired of repairing the house we owned next door at Admirals Cove. We were hoping for the best when the owners terminated previous management and engaged Timbers. The best happened.

Timbers has made service even better while keeping annual costs down. They have developed other Timbers properties in the U.S. and elsewhere and expedited trades enabling us to have great vacations at places much larger and more opulent than first class hotels. The treatment at these places is as first class as it is at Timbers Jupiter.

Repairs are a pleasure. If an appliance stops working and cannot be repaired the same day it’s immediately replaced. Housekeeping is excellent, honest, and not intrusive.

In summary, we’ve purchased three other 35 day fractions. The sales office led by Chris Goger is excellent and has helped us to buy times that fit with our existing ownership. You won’t ever regret buying there and the purchase price is a fraction of the average at Timbers.
