That’s why we are proud to partner with Loggerhead Marinelife Center, one of the world’s leading organizations for sea turtle rescue, rehabilitation, research, and conservation. Located just minutes from Timbers Jupiter in nearby Juno Beach, the Center has spent decades helping injured and endangered sea turtles recover and return to the ocean.

Supporting Sheldon’s Journey

Our newest sponsored patient is Sheldon, a sea turtle currently receiving specialized care at Loggerhead Marinelife Center. Every patient that arrives at the Center has a unique story, and Sheldon is no exception.

Under the care of the dedicated veterinary and rehabilitation teams, Sheldon is receiving the expert treatment, monitoring, and support needed for a successful recovery. Each milestone—from improved health to increased strength—brings Sheldon one step closer to the ultimate goal: returning to the ocean where he belongs.

While rehabilitation can take weeks or even months depending on a turtle’s injuries, every success is made possible through the collaborative efforts of veterinarians, researchers, volunteers, and community partners who believe every sea turtle deserves a second chance.

A Continued Commitment to Conservation

Sheldon is not the first sea turtle Timbers Jupiter has had the privilege of supporting.

Last year, we proudly sponsored Scout, an adult loggerhead sea turtle who recovered from a severe boat strike before being successfully released back into the Atlantic Ocean with a satellite tracker to aid ongoing conservation research. Scout’s remarkable recovery demonstrated both the resilience of these incredible animals and the life-changing impact of community support.

Now, we’re honored to continue that commitment by supporting Sheldon throughout his rehabilitation journey.
