QUESTION: Is real estate available for purchase?
ANSWER: Yes, residential interest ownership opportunities are available. Timbers Jupiter provides its Owners with a real estate deed that is guaranteed by a Title Insurance Policy. The deed you receive is the same as if you bought any other piece of property in the country and therefore affords you the ability to sell it when you want, how you want and/or pass it on to your children and future generations. Owners purchase a share in a specific two- or four-bedroom luxury home for sale where you will enjoy five “planned vacation weeks” each year. They may also access any of the club's beautifully furnished residences within the Residential Interest ownership program as often as they want on a per diem basis. Timbers Jupiter is a private club for Owners to enjoy with their family and friends.

ANSWER: Timbers Jupiter is designed to provide all the service and amenities of a fine resort hotel to the individual villas. Services include an attentive staff that is available 24 hours a day to anticipate your every need. The dedicated concierge team can arrange pre-arrival grocery service so your kitchen is fully stocked, tee times, dinner reservations, spa treatments and more. The concierge staff will assist Owners with luggage transfers and obtaining any items needed from their personal, year-round storage. Twice daily housekeeping service is provided along with full-service maintenance to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Laundry services and dry-cleaning are also available. Complimentary local transportation in the club’s Suburban is offered Sunday through Friday, and can be reserved through your concierge or bell staff.
QUESTION: What amenities should I expect to find at Timbers Jupiter?
ANSWER: Every amenity and service is at hand, including a pool, tennis center and the award-winning spa, a serene environment where treatments incorporate anti-aging techniques to cultivate radiance and restore vitality. The ownership structure provides five weeks of planned vacation time per year, and if you are fortunate enough to have even more time to spend at your vacation home, the club can accommodate you on a per diem, space-available basis throughout the year.
QUESTION: What happens if my schedule changes and I cannot make my planned weeks?
ANSWER: If you are not able to use your planned weeks, you may simply cancel a booked vacation and reschedule it. Or, you can always send family or friends in your absence. This is one of the exciting elements of Residential Interest ownership; you have the flexibility to alter your vacation plans throughout each and every year to fit your ever changing lifestyle. Additionally, there will also be the opportunity for you to add weeks to the Timbers Reciprocity Program and trade your time with an Owner at another club within the Timbers Collection.
QUESTION: Can I use more than one residence at a time?
ANSWER: Yes. Ownership at Timbers Jupiter allows you to utilize more than one residence at a time. An Owner needs only to comply with the reservation procedures to accomplish booking additional residences for the same week.
QUESTION: Do Owners pay annual assessments?
ANSWER: Yes, in keeping with Timbers Jupiter’s goal of providing ownership of hassle-free maintenance, the club's staff will handle all the details of maintaining the club and its residences. On behalf of the COA, the club's professional management team will collect annual dues from Owners and then manage payment of all utilities, property taxes, insurance, staff salaries, supplies, materials, maintenance, trash removal and accounting fees. A portion of your annual dues also goes toward contributing to a capital reserve fund for future repair and replacement needs.

QUESTION: What is the best way to get to Timbers Jupiter?
ANSWER: Timbers Jupiter is most easily accessible from the Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA) only 17 miles away. With many direct flights into Palm Beach International, the drive time to Timbers Jupiter from the airport is 20 minutes. Direct flights from many West Coast cities are also available into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Approximately 60 miles south of Jupiter, driving distance from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter takes one hour.
